:I think, as indicated [[#Transclusions of this template|above]], the user wants to remove the green padlock for move protection in [[Module:Protection banner]] per [[Wikipedia:Templates_for_discussion/Log/2020_October_25#Template:Pp-move|a 2020 discussion]] that resulted in the removal of the padlock in {{tl|pp-move}}. ::I'm not sure any change needs to be made here. Looking at [[Module:Protection banner/config#L-883|the config]], {{tl|pp-move}} and similar templates automatically function as "category only" unless manually specified otherwise, meaning they normally won't display the green padlock.
::AFAIK, the only way for a move protection padlock to show is for both the move protection to have a higher restriction level than the edit protection (the code at [[Module:Protection banner#L-842|line 842]] in the module mentions that it explicitly prioritises edit actions over other actions if the restriction is equal to or higher than the other action) ''and'' for someone to use either {{tl|pp-move}} with <code>|catonly=no</code> or {{tl|pp}} with <code>|action=move</code> explicitly specified. There should be no way regular usage of this template generates a move padlock.
