Physical Appearance/Distinguishing Characteristics: Tilden's appearance immediately betrays her tribal affiliation (Child of Gaia Pure Breed: 3) and Bay Area origin. She dresses in eclectic and comfortable, hand-sewn clothing which boast a variety of bright colors and interesting patterns. Her mess of tangled, wild hair is naturally auburn, but appears more red under direct light. Thick dreads hang past her shoulders, adorned with beads, feathers and various ornaments and charms. The majority of her exposed skin is similarly decorated, but in vibrant, nature-inspired tattoos. In all of her forms, Tilden does not have any nails (or claws). This has caused her to develop arthritis in her hands and feet as a consequence and walking on splayed lupine paws.

Obvious Merits/Flaws:

• Reputation - After the Veil was rended, Tilden stepped into the public eye and revealed herself as Garou and Ally to humanity. Upholding her promise of Ahimsa, she used her voice to guide and inspire frightened mortals and kinfolk. Drawing the public eye also meant she pulled enemies toward her, giving the Nation targets to focus upon amidst the chaos. Similarly, individuals who believed in her message have been able to join her cause of peace.
• Supporter - Tilden lives to lift others up all around her. When recruited to the project, Tilden refused to immediately enter cryo and instead accompanied multiple caravans to the bunker in order to keep kinfolk safe in their travels.
• Insightful - While the Child of Gaia can't tell a lie to save her life, she seems to have a way to seeing right into the heart of things. Highly empathic, the Metis isn't easily deceived.
• Ahimsa - Tilden has commit years of her life to her vow of non-violence. She lives her life as an example to others of what they are capable of. She also consumes a Vegan, home-grown and cooked diet.
• Arthritic - Her Metis deformity is the absence of claws/nails on both her hands and feet. Due to the challenges of movement in her canine/breed forms and the manner in which she must compensate, she has developed arthritis in her hands and feet. The pain does not prevent her from enjoying her crafts and gardening to the fullest.
• Honest to a Fault - Any attempt to lie usually results in a deep, rosy flush to the Metis' cheeks, coupled with stuttering, stammering and looking pretty sheepish. She believes that honesty (with kindness) is the best policy!

Common Knowledge:

• She was born and raised in Tilden Regional Park in Berkeley, CA. Tilden was the only Metis offspring to a Black Fury Homid Ahroun.
• Prior to her arrival to the Sept, Tilden lived in Portland, Oregon and Seattle, WA. She's very 420 friendly and follows legalization.
• She's been known to take male and female Garou lovers (Metis, and otherwise).
• Tilden grew up in a very open, polyamorous household with multiple Kinfolk fathers helping to raise her multitude of siblings. She has remained very close with all of her family, but her two oldest sisters most notably: Selene and Phoebe.
• Her mother ran a small bakery that was well loved and very successful in San Francisco, CA, until the owner and operator was exposed as a "violent and unhinged werewolf". Shortly after, her mother's pack drew the ire of a Hunter and the business was forced to close down.
• Tilden returned to California after the Veil was lifted and joined the Sept as Keeper of the Land. She also served as Truth Catcher during Moot's in the past.
• She was one of the first, very public werewolves to step forward into the public eye. Striving to improve relations between humanity and the Nation.

Renown:

• Glory - Served in the positions of Talesinger and Keeper of the Land at the Sept of Berkeley Botanical Gardens.
• Glory - Restraint in the face of death. Endured violence without retaliation. Survived numerous incapacitating wounds throughout lifetime.
• Glory - Brought a Fianna Elder to tears through the emotional retelling of her personal story.

• The whole "Pacifist" schtick is to get around the truth that's afraid of physical conflict and confrontation.
• Her Mother violently stripped the Rage from her as part of a Ritual punishment.
• She's adopted more than one Metis, through the Rite of the Pregnant Mule.
• A long history of physical and emotional abuse has twisted the Metis' mind to crave self-inflicted violence.
• Tilden frenzied on hour 6 of her thigh tattoo.
• The only people stupid enough to help the delusional Metis are her blood relatives/family.
