Influencers By Night

I have a surveillance video of Elliot Barry (government official) being cornered and harassed in the parking lot of a coffee shop in San Jose. The assailants were 'checking to make sure he was human'.
I have a dear friend who is a city councilman and a Kinfolk who is deeply concerned by this. I have not yet heard from Mr. Barry yet on whether he wants this public or not, but I feel it's important to look into.
Let me know if you want copies of the footage, I can't figure out how to get someone's identity or anything but my technical skill is the Google search bar and Microsoft Word.

Let me take a look at the video so I can cross-examine it with another ongoing investigation of harassment/assault. It is suspicious that they both took place outside of a parking lot to high profile individuals.
