New patrons of the bar like it's bleak post-Apocalyptic vibe. The unofficial dress code is a Mad Max style aesthetic where people often pretend to be vampires looking for 'victims'. People need a safe space to rationalize that monsters are real and that the end times nearly happened.
It's also a target for protests as some people, especially on the religious side object to it's glorifying and fetishizing of 'the unholy'. The owner Xavier has had multiple death threats against him.
