The Bulletin Board is set up near the Moot Circle in the middle of the Central Sept. It's covered by locked plexiglass, but the keys keeping it accessible are always in the locks, essentially defeating the purpose. It stands under a larger overhang, which enables people to stay dry while reading it in the rain. A wastebasket next to it contains any postings that have been removed.
